Hi, I am sorry you suffering so much. Can you try corn starch? This is a godsend that mothers use on baby rashes and works wonders, better than over the counter meds. It feels like silk and clears most up in one night. It helps prevent your feet from sweating. Also, it would have to be used inside your boots daily, and nightly before bedtime, without socks on. I have seen this work way quicker than many of the normal rash remedies and it feels soft cool and smooth. I would try this, and the dr scholls inserts which are made just to prevent this problem. If this doesnt work, ( and you will know within a few hours of trying the corn starch if your feet feel the same, better, or worse ) I would insist on going back to the doc and having him look at your feet and telling him you need to have enough of that med to use daily as it comes back within a short time and you can barely stand it. Your feet need to be kept dry and aired out in order to heal. If you see that the corn starch made them better within a few hours, then put it on at night before bed with no socks. Make sure you take off your socks and boots the minute you have the chance every day and put the corn starch on your feet immediately and let them air out as long as you can and all night too. My friend had the same problem the minute he had to wear dif. shoes. He treated it with a spray for athletes foot, it went away, then the minute he wore the shoes again months later to a meeting, it came back immediately, so it was the shoes not allowing his feet any air. It can be a hassle but it sounds like whatever works, ( weather it is the med from the doc, corn starch ) you will need to use every single day, morning and night to prevent it from coming back, even after it goes away. I really hope you get some relief.
