About 5 days ago, my feet and legs and arms were very itchy. the itching lasted for 3 days. the itching caused red spots under the skin that lasted for a few minutes, then disappeared. Then 3 days ago, my feet, knees, back, shoulders wrists,and hands all started to hurt at the same time. I have not done any physical activity that may have caused this. Just working at a movie theater, which i just stand most of the time.
But the muscle pain is worse in the morning. I feel stiff as a board. on a scale from 1-10, the pain is about a 6.
What could be causing this??
