You are going to have to face up to the fact that nothing written in revalations (even i know where its written) has ever happened and never will happen in the future.

That verse in Revelation refers to the dead. All the dead will be resurrected. The ones judged will be done so according to his works. The others will be given rewards in Heaven according to his works. However, salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ only. Works has nothing to do with it.

Edit: That was weird.
Rewards based on works are given in Heaven. But, you can't get to Heaven without faith in Jesus Christ. That's what it means by "faith in Jesus Christ alone."
