IT/ISP has blocked torrents. please help to bypass.?

My IT/ISP has blocked all sites in network. I am not able to download movies/softwares in Bittorrent/uTorrent, so I installed a software which lets me open Kickass torrent site. I can also download the movie torrent, but when I open the torrent, It does not download in Bittorrent/uTorrent.
Please help me to download torrent movies.
