Impeach? You mean subpoena him as a witness? I don't want him at my next hearing because as I understand it he thinks I am the scum of the Earth and should be "put away forever." Fuck him.

EDIT: I guess I should watch this video first....

EDIT AFTER VIEWING: I hope my lawyer does this even though I highly doubt the charges will be dropped because of it. (They should be dropped for other reasons)
 
For a conviction, prosecutors must prove beyond reasonable doubt that the defendant was brandishing a firearm and creating fear in the victim. I'm thinking that because there is no real victim to testify against you its not really brandishing a fire arm.

Do you know your open carry laws?

Also... are you positive that nobody called the cops or anything else?

What state do you live in?

Hi again everybody, I have another update. Yesterday I went to court and waited a couple hours with the lawyer for the cop who arrested me to show up and testify, as he was the only witness. The cop failed to show and we asked for a dismissal however the judge declined and set another court date for mid May.

In the mean time I need to find work anywhere.
