I know I haven't been here in a while. Hell, even the forum itself has noticed my absence and is demanding that I participate in something here. Now you all can stop worrying about little ol' me because I'm back.

Glad to have ya back woogie! Wait, who the FUCK are you?

What? You all don't remember me? Hell I made twenty-one awesome posts here about two months ago before disappearing. Forum life goes on I suppose so let me bring you all up to speed. The reason for my departure was not up to me. It seems that the police thought it was best that they give me my own studio apartment for a while. The place wasn't bad, a bit small but it came with room service. I'm no longer staying there but in a few weeks I fear I may move into a similar place of residence for up to two years. That scenario is unlikely but it still remains a possibility. Other than that, oh and losing my job due to my big move, nothing much has changed. Now I spend most of my time sitting at home playing guitar and drinking.

I am woogie & thank you.

I was locked up for defending my life and property from two crack heads. Apparently having a CCW doesn't entitle me to pull a gun on attackers. Why this hasn't been thrown out of court is beyond my comprehension. It's a whole lot of expensive bullshit that only fuels my anger towards humanity and it's systems.

Didn't you know? This is America: where criminals and non-citizens have more rights than you, the law-abiding citizen, could ever hope to.

It sure as hell seems that way. It's time's like these I find comfort in reading passages that are not only truthful but heart warming. Passages from a book steeped in brilliance and read by millions worldwide. One of my favorites is, "You can't fight city hall but you can god damn blow it up." - Brain Droppings by George Carlin

I wish Mr. Carlin were still around to give me strength.

While playing Blues songs on the jukebox at my local watering hole, I was informed that unless I was ever in jail or my dog got run over, I had no right to play the Blues.

You may now play the Blues.

Thanks for the thoughts and the sweet ass video. I was listening to Old Man's Child before clicking on the video and somehow going from satanic melodic black metal band to a classic blues artist just works.

While locked up I have never played more air guitar in my life.

Don't worry, I am an ass. The pleasantries being exchanged in this thread is unusual for me.

I'm too tired to articulate coherent sequiturs, I'm going to bed.

You arrived in my absence. Welcome back, all that good stuff, don't be a dumbass. You know. The usual.

On another note... more blues!

Edit: Haha, nice still frame, B.B. King.

Yeah... thats why you should always carry a drop weapon. And when you pull on someone you better shoot. Always shoot to kill.

They didn't have any guns but once they started grabbing on me I figured they were going to find the gun and take that along with my wallet. That's when I stepped back and said, "hold on I'll give you the money." Pulled my gun and told them to step the fuck back. When they didn't move I shot at a tree that was in between them and about ten yards behind them. (They were about two feet apart from each other so it looked like I was aiming at them) That got them running, unfortunately for me a cop driving by who claims to have witnessed the entire event stopped to arrest me while the other two ran off uncaptured.

How to impeach a police officer as a witness. I know this is about traffic tickets... but it should help out a bit in your case.

Its a legal maneuver in court in general. Of course i could be dead wrong on that matter as i am not a lawyer.
