bike and helmet?
I saw a guy who was riding a HOG the other day and he had this really bitchen flame design with skulls on his bike. But he had a pretty dumpy helmet, lame lightning bolt design and even put a Homer Simpson sticker on there! (He said his kid put the sticker on there.)

It made me think, why doesn’t HD mandate what art designs can go on their bikes? Everyone knows HD is the best bike out there. I mean shouldn’t they be watching over what people paint on their bikes so a few bad apples don’t taint the HD brand name?

Harley doesn't have the time,people,money or time to record the paint scheme of every bike they sell. If they did some jackass would call and complain the the flames meant that you were going to hell or equally stupid idea.
