Okay, so I purchased a Nokia Twist 7705 phone for my niece for Christmas. Well on Tuesday, my niece told me her phone was loose, and I told her I would take it to go get looked at over the weekend. Now, today is Friday.... I arrived home to hear that my niece was very upset because her Nokia Twist 7705 completely lost the screen within a matter of four months. I was so upset because I just bought her the phone for Christmas and she was really responsible with it, but it still broke. To make a long story short, if I take the broken Nokia Twist 7705 into the Verizon shop, will Verizon replace my niece's phone?
