Issues With service books

I have been running into many problems with my blackberry pearl. I recently switched to the blackberry minutes and mail plan so i have unlimited data. I can not add contacts or receive and invite for BB messenger. Also none of my email accounts are being pushed to my BB. Everytime i go to mytmobile to have the service books sent they never get sent. I have reregistered on the HRT multiple times... nothing is working. facebook doesnt push anymore either... whats wrong...

i have the most recent software (.107) for t mobile.
 
did you try options advanced settings,host routing table and options then click register ??never mind i see that you did...try calling a tmo support. i have a unlimited bb data plan so im not sure how just a mail plan would work.
 
Things is its not just a mail plan. The plan is 1000 minutes unlimited SMS unlimited data so its all included but BB messenger isnt working facebook isnt and either are the email accounts
 
I would give TMo a call and see if they can re set things for you on their end. If you have unlimited data then BBM should be working for you as well as your push email.
Remember this needs to be a BlackBerry Data plan in order for BBM and push email to work as it is going through the BIS.
 
Yes and it is the data plan. Its not my phone but my girlfriends phone. She has the same exact plan as me and she can not receive emails, use BB messenger or facebook
