I am having major difficulty connecting my bluetooth headset to my Samsung Juke. I've read other posts, and I know how to connect...but when I try to turn on the discovery mode on my Juke, it won't do anything. It just kind of sits there and does nothing. I can hit the clean/end button to make it go back to the original screen, but I can put the Juke into discovery mode. Anyone have any helpful hints? Or does this need a trip to the Verizon store?

The Juke is not actually what needs to be on discovery mode, it's the bluetooth. Every bluetooth is different so I would look at the instructions from your bluetooth, however most of them are considered to be on discovey mode when they are lit up without blinking. You have to turn on the bluetooth by holding the power button down, hold it for a few seconds until the light is lit up without blinking.

Once your bluetooth is on without blinking go ahead and go to your Settings and Tools menu on the Juke,

Scroll down to bluetooth menu and then to add new device. From there it should ask you if the bluetooth is powered on, go ahead and say yes.

Then it will ask if the bluetooth is in discovery mode, and you can say yes to that too. After that the phone will then begin to search for all the bluetooth signals around. Make sure to chose the one with the model number for your bluetooth.

If it asks you for a code it should be all zeros, normally four zeros.

This should work for you. If not you can def. bring it to a Verizon store and they'll will take a look at it for you, and also troubleshoot it to make sure there is nothing wrong with the phone or the bluetooth. In case you don't want to make a trip to the store you can always call their tech support line at 1800-922-0204 option 3 and they should be able to walk you through the steps as well.
