Issues with Mazda B2300?

I have a 97 Mazda B2300 and i been having issues lately its a 5 speed manual...Whenever i put it on first gear the car start to shake really bad...2nd gear goes almost fine till it get to 4th again the car start to shake...and now the odometer needle won't pass 65 miles/hour the motor also...its really frustrating because sometimes im on a hurry and my truck won't go faster than 65 miles per hour...I changed the spark plug and cables everything is workin' fine...What could it be? Anybody help me out please.

try changing fuel filter sounds like its starving for fuel at high RPMs causing random missing, and limited top speed.
