Ive been having two problems with this phone and cant get any answers on what is going on with it. The first is that it shuts off randomly, sometimes while on the phone. And the second is I looked up my email yesterday and signed out of it but the phone still thinks im signed in and every 5 minutes sends me an alert for the email saying I need to check it?
