Issue with my 2000 jeep wrangler fast flashing.?

I'm having an issue with my 2000 jeep wrangler fast flashing. When I turn on my headlights the turn signal fast flashes and all signals seem to be a little dimmer than usual. The flashing only occurs when the headlights are on, and no bulbs are out. I'm not really too good at troubleshooting this kind of issue and I'd issue really appreciate some input. Thanks.
