300 civillians vs. dozen terrorists isn't targetting civillians? from the air you can't tell the difference and the person flying the plane knows this. so in effect this person doesn't care if he kills an innocent person. this makes him a terrorist. thats whats wrong! it seems to be alright by alot of people calling dead civillians who obviously cant defend themselves terrorists. must seem to help your conscience or something, but they weren't.

Countries have both the legal and moral obligation to defend their own citizens.
One could argue that 6 years of just taking attacks from inside Lebanon's border was morally wrong in regards to protecting Israel's own citizens. Diplomacy does not work in situations like this. Time and time again this has been shown.
