Isn't the Israel vs Palestine Conflict a result of two very different cultures...

...clashing together? For example; some people in Palestine may feel that firing rockets into Israel is an effective way to solve a problem.

And some people in Israel may feel that dropping heavy ordnance designed to destroy heavy armour and buildings is an effective method of solving a problem.

Which method is more effective, do you think?

the israeli method is defiantly more effective. from what i understand, they are fighting over land entitlements of over 3000 years

No. It's a result of 2 different peoples thinking they are the ones who own 1 area of land, and their resolve to fight for their right to it, even if it means dying. It's about hatred.

Um, neither is "effective." Heavy ordinances only serve to frustrate the Palestinians further, and the Palestinians' constant instigation/retaliation only worsens the situation and keeps things going. Facing facts, both sides are wrong in their approach, and this won't be solved any time soon.

It isn't a cultural issue, it's simply two sides having very different narratives regarding what is going on.

Each always portrays itself as the victim, each always claims it is the one who wants peace, each always blames the other for the violence.

Neither method is effective. These jokers will be fighting this same fight for years to come.
