If you use logical thinking you will understand all Government laws/regulations are written by lobbyists in favor of passing regulations so they can have a competitive advantage. Thus create a monopoly and making it hard with legal regulations for others to enter what ever industry you're lobbying.
It's obvious the more heavily regulated industry's like the oil industry only has around 5 oil companies. I can't start an oil company because the government regulators decide who gets to drill where. Doesn't that sound like lobbyists who are funded by companies making Government Intervention a farce?
Don't give me this Republican/Democrat nonsense. It's just a party title. Corruption is corruption.
For the record I am not against corporations or government. I'm against the idea of Corporations and Government working together making the market uncompetitive and giving others favors.
