Isn't LIBERALISM really about sex?

Ability to marry and divorce at will, abiity to engage in abnormal sex, not just in private, but to have it lauded and recognized by the state and the rest of society, abilit to live in a commune, free love, random children, abortion at will because I had sex without thinking and odn't want he responsibility of a child, government support for children born of thoughtless sex, free condoms because i refuse to spend the 5
$5 to buy them myself, etc., etc

Everything is about sex. The entire rise of civilization can be blamed on males wanting to seem better than other males in order to get a wider selection of mates, whether that means ruling a country, building a skyscraper, or inventing a new product. Sex is behind a whole bunch of stuff you never even know.

However, the difference between liberals or conservatives is not a division over sex. Conservatives believe that the world is better run when people do it their way. Liberals believe the same thing. Those who are uncertain of their beliefs, whatever their stripe, tend to deal with this insecurity by demonizing the members of the opposite conviction. You accuse liberals of being totally focused on sex while liberals would accuse you of not caring about the poor and wanting to control everybody's behavior to suit you. While this may be true of some individual members of either side, neither is properly applied to everyone who believes either way.
 
Joe.. I suggest you seek a pyschiatrist for your obsessions with sex and the like.
 
If liberalism is really about sex then conservatism is about repressing sex. That may account for all of the closeted Republican homosexuals who rant and rave against gay rights and then get caught, exposing them as the hypocrites that they are.

Liberals believe in sex education that realistically addresses the current situation and the availability of contraceptives to help prevent the spread of disease and to prevent, among other problems, teen pregnancies,
