Isn't John McCain the man who made "Joe the Plumber" a national issue at the final

debate? And now that it's backfiring on him because we've found out that this man he is championing is not even a licensed plumber or earning a wage above $250,000.00/yr, owes back taxes and hey his name isn't even really Joe!!!

I used to have much respect for McCain but now that he's finally gotten the republican nomination he's become just like the Republicans that he used to rail against!

McCain even apologized on the Letterman show to Joe. And the very next day, he blamed Obama at one of his rallies for getting Joe involved in all of this.

I also used to respect McCain. He is not the same McCain was in 2000. He has sold his soul to the Republican party to win this election.

Exactly. McCain tried to exploit Joe the Plumber in order to attack Obama and somehow conservatives are trying to blame Obama for this. Their thinking is so twisted.
 
I heard about Joe the plumber on the radio before the debate. The news is what brought it to McCain's attention.

Your just mad cause Obama stepped in it, and somebody was there to get it on record.
 
He didn't vet Joe any better than he vetted Palin. This guy is obviously Repub base, angry.
 
Yes. McCain brought him into the debate and said his name 21 times. In response, Obama said his name 4 times.
