Isn't it still against the law to discriminate for no reason?

I am looking to collect a judgment against an hotel with an obviously mentally inbalanced concierge, who was 86'ing people at will, with the help of the police. I have won by default a judgement, but the judge has not "agreed" if that is necessary to an amount, actual damages from not working for two years, over $356.000. How do I collect, it, and get most of the money? I guess I am looking for an attornies help, if anyone's listening. It's urgent I haven't worked in
two years because of this case,

In answer to your question, in the u.s. most forms of discrimination are quite lawful. Employment decisions cannot be based on race, gender, national origin or (sometimes) age. Also, a place of public accomodation cannot discriminate based on those factors. Other forms of discrimination are fine. Discrimination just refers to decision-making criteria.
That being said, you do not have a judgment until the judge signs the judgment with the dollar amount. Your description of the suit and the result is so badly written that I cannot even tell the nature of the claim or why your unemployment is supposed to be related to the actions of the concierge.
