Isn't it sad that the media/news 99% of the time always contains bad news around us?

Isn't that sad. It's like the news is made up of bad happenings around us. So without bad happenings, there wouldn't be news. How pathetic is that?!
I mean I don't intend, nor purposely swaying people away from news shows .I'm just saying, the world isn't as bad as it is on the news. News just wants to dig deeper, to make money/fame/popularity out of something that is as small as a needle.

I totally agree with you since its the media that makes you believe that everything out in the world is bad and that people are getting worst while they don't actually report good deeds but instead like to show and convince us that the majority of the world is messed up

Well,
there trying to get us "scared" in a sense, so that when they want to they can tell you more bad stuff to get you to do it.
The media in general also is all about making you buy stuff (hence why america uses 80% of the worlds resources and is the largest consuming country), so if they can get you scared its easier to tell you you need this to be safe.
It is easy to control scared/frightened people with "reassurance" even if its telling them that they will be safer or save more.

So if they have you under there wing, then they can get you to do stuff.

So basically they want you to be frightened, its in a way like propaganda.

And yes, the media is pathetic, and what its done to America is pathetic.

The sad things too is that a lot of bad things DO happen.
BTW, have any of you noticed that all things perceived as good on the news/media revolve around buying something to make you happier...?
