when all 8 of the GOP Senators at the summit have used it themselves. Most recently to give GW Bush's cronies a $1.3 Trillion tax break.It was also used to pass No Child Left Behind and a bill that raised the cost of meds to seniors and several other bills.
Usually at 3:00 a.m.
Sounds Hypocritical to me.
