Obama's little photo? I mean hell, to me it seemed like just a joke - but the fascinating part is look how ABC rushed to his defense with a video assuring us all that Obama is not a bum-looker.

And Yahoo! diligently ushered this defense to the front page.

I wonder why they never showed a video of that time when Obama wouldn't salute our nation's flag, why they never showed videos of his preacher Jeremiah Wright, why they never showed videos clearing up smears about Palin or McCain, or George Allen's macaca event.

No, it seems the media only rushes to our glorious leader's defense, doesn't it?

Makes me wonder if the press is doing the job they're SUPPOSED to be doing!
 
The drive by media help put this nut job in office, and they are like all his followers. Try to cover for his stupid ass, and if this fails blame Bush.

Maybe it has EVERYTHING to do with Bush Limpball's using his media pulpit in an attempt to distort the facts? Some media outlets will defend, when others prefer to distort and attack...seems fair to me. It's just too bad that you don't like being proven wrong...I, on the otherhand, LOVE IT!
 
Maybe because if you watch the video you will see that nothing is going on. Either way, who cares? This is a perfect example of why the republican party has issues. They take everything out of context, even photos.

Obama never refused to salute the flag, as evidenced by his saluting of the flag a gazillion times.
 
well, i would say because there's an entire network called fox news devoted to outright fabrications for conservatives, so other news agencies try to portray things the way they actually happen.
 
That's ABC for ya. CYA. I really don't care about watching a cute girls behind, been there - done that. Obama, At least stare at an 18 year old .
 
I wouldn't have cared one way or another about the stupid picture. I saw it yesterday and just laughed it off. ABC and Yahoo are making it into more of an issue by doing so. I am more worried about his damaging legislation and apologizing to other countries for the U.S. But hey..remember, it's always a slow news day with the MSM. They can't criticize, so they have to do something.

*people, FOX will report the truth, someone here pointed out Greta calling it out, so lay off the Fox Hate. They have a few libbies on their channel--O'Reilly and Geraldo are NOT conservatives. Smears consist of facts that are completely made up to destroy someone--smears are NOT however, facts that you just don't want to hear. Given that many of you actually bought into "fight the smears" , do you even know what a "smear" is? So quick to attack Fox and conservatives...shows your lack of ability to think for yourself and your only ability--to attack any and all that disagree with you. Free speech is for all, not just you.

the funniest thing about that photo was Sarko's pose anyway. Is this so people don't ask what the G8 is and remember it for this? What is the big deal about this photo really? Are there groups of people who the media assumes would find this photo particularly disturbing? Or does the media want people to be disturbed by it? I don't get it.
