Although Bev has promised to add CBC West HD, they haven't done it yet. My question is, since CBC Vancouver HD is broadcast OTA in Vancouver area, shouldn't Bev must carry it as the rule?
There's nothing in there saying they have to carry the HD version of an OTA station if they already carry the station's regular (SD) feed. In fact, HD is barely mentioned at all in that particular document.
