Isnt 16 Lines one Verse.. because 2 lines = 1 bar and 8 Bars is One VERSE!!!?

I do music, me and my beatmaker where having a long argument about bars and lines and beast and Stuff!! im the best writer he will ever meet up with.. and hes far the best beatmaker ima have.. Id Rather him do the beats tho and let me handle the lyrics and other artist in Our ENT...
 
No you are wrong, in hip hop a beat is between 80-95 bpm, one bar of the beat equals one line of lyrics.

The reason your producer disagrees is because he knows what a bar is in musical and compostional terms.

A lot of people think a bar is 2 lines which derives from ill informed internet emcee batters.
