After Esha I had sexual intercourse. So in the morning I could not wake up to make Ghusl. But we made the Ghusl at noon time. So is the fast valid?

If u had sex with ur wife ... Its allowed but you had to make ghusl before fajr .... Fasting is a form of worship and you cannot worship when ur not clean.
So im sorry to say ur fast is not valid

I dont know how these users are saying ur fast is valid .. It would only be valid if there was no water for ghusl or u were travelling ...
You being lazy and not doing ghusl can not make it valid ... I suggest you to consult with a scholar and not all hadiths are authentic keep that in mind... Asalam alikum

Yes and theres proof however, you will need to make Ghusl or you cannot pray salah.

Narated By Abu Bakr bin ‘Abdur-Rahman : My father and I went to ‘Aisha and she said, “I testify that Allah’s Apostle at times used to get up in the morning in a state of Janaba from sexual intercourse, not from a wet dream and then he would fast that day.” Then he went to Um Salama and she also narrated a similar thing. – [Bukhari Vol.3, Book 31, #153]

Yes your fast valid , but you made your Ghsal too late , and as @:P said you have lost your Fajr prayer ,

it is always the best to have Ghusal immediately after your night proceedings.

Sex doesn't affect the fast if you do it at night. It was a serious mistake, though, to miss Fajr. These days of Ramadan are precious. When it's gone, it's gone.

depends on who you had sex with your wife/ husband no noo but someone else yes grave sin adultry.
