Is Zelda too easy?

The game is fun and I just finished up the Lakebed Temple, but the game really hasn't been challenging at all. I don't think I've lost more than two hearts against any final boss. In fact, the only times I die is by not lining jumps up correctly when I'm in a hurry. And many times when your stuck Midna tells you exactly what you need to do.

I just wish they made it at least 10 or 15 percent harder than it is now.

It is a little bit too easy. But, in all fairness it is the first time they have tried to develop a game for the Wii remote. They were probably unsure just how hard they could make the game.

I am still having a fun ass time playing the game, and Zelda has always been more about the puzzels then the fighting.

Thats what bugged me with OOT, it was incredibly easy but fun.

It would be awesome if there was a very hard difficulty mode so you cant just go in and kill everything.

It doesn't really. My roomate is just about done with it, and this is his only major complaint. Their are challenging parts ... but aside from a tough puzzle here or a few minutes figuring out the "trick" to a boss ... its just not that tough.

I actually get pissed with RPG's that are too hard, sure I dont want to beat teh game right off the bad but getting stuck for hours in one room is just gonna make me find a different game to play. I think the new zelda is just about right for my attention span.

Zelda for 64, not Majoras mask, was challenging and fun.
Lufia 2 for SNES was challenging and fun.
Zelda for Gamecube-->>too easy, thus not as much fun

i agree all the bosses are fairly simple... half the time i dont even get hurt fighting them. but hell, the game is a lot more fun than any other game i've played and i am in no way complaining.

im not complaining, but most of the monsters u can just run past there is really no need to kill any of em. Dunno if i would really like it but i wonder if they would ever consider doing an experience/level basis with zelda.

I definitely wouldn't want something where I had to run around killing those grasshopper things over and over for experience points. I just think that if they made it 10 to 15 percent harder it would be an even more fun game.

*spoiler kinda*

the last battle with Ganondorf (sword fight) was actually kinda tough. I had to lose one fairy from my bottle before i beat him.

i just got to the end of a temple without getting the boss key, or the compass. dont remember getting the map either but i think ih ave it.
