Is Young Actors Camp worth the money?

Young actors camp seems like a great camp! I love acting!!! I was wondering if the senior and junior campers (i'm 14 almost 15) still meet the celebrities. I am also wondering if you need a letter of recommendation to get into the camp. If I go for only the one week program, will i still meet both celebrities? Also, is young actors camp worth the money? Is it too late to sign up for the camp??
