We do not know how much of any nutrient exactly each of our body requires, but working out just keeps recycling the body. Is it possible for a person to sit still, and eat a diet which is completely healthy, but not gain weight? For instance, the food that gives me mental energy, also gives me physical energy, if left unused, makes me fat. Also, what if I vary my activities a lot, like sometimes I am very active, then not active at all. Should I look up my best average online? Or is there a better way that will be more specific to my needs?
