I want to go into the Military after High School and start working out now. It's never too early. I'm pretty light (weigh about 125 lbs) and sort of skinny but I want to get cut and muscular and have a six pack also be in good shape. I also want to play football next year since it'll be my Senior year.
But is it good that I want to start getting healthy, in shape, and working out a lot during the summer?
