Is what you do the night before going to affect a brain MRI?

someone said that your brain looks different if you're tired, hungry, stressed, etc. So does that mean if someone does not sleep the night before an MRI or doesnt eat anything for 2 days before the MRI or something happens that gets them really stressed, their brain will show something weird on the MRI?
