is what i ate today ok if i'm tryin to lose 1.5kg a wk?

a banana
a tin of pear slices (pack said 83 kcal)
2 slices of white bread with 2 boiled eggs and some feta cheese
4 fairly large rice cakes (snack a jack)
about 3 or 4 forkfuls of spagetti (just wanted to try it and got carried away lol)
4 cups of water (i think or maybe 3 i think)
a mini muller rice pot (102 cals)
whay do i feel bloated, yet hungry now??
