Is walking at school during free time againsed the rules or possibly the law?

At school on a free day after a big test I decided to tyr and be a funny person so me being my white self i put on a dew ragg and pretended to be "gangster" so I put my hands in fornt of my crotch and did as i had seen in movies and on the streets. A teacher came up to me, not telling me what I had done wrong, and asked for my name and grade. Three weeks later they called me into the office, I had a referal. It stated that I was holding my crotch in a profound way and I was just doing it to get attention and impress my peirs and it never said anything about how I was dressed. let me remind you that I was not holding my crotch. should i have gotten that referal? Was i breaking a rule? and dosent that go againsed my 1st ammendment rights?

There is no such thing as a first amendment right when you are on school grounds. They are your guardian while you are at school and courts have ruled countless times that schools have the right to determine what is allowed and not allowed in their school.

If the teacher said you were doing it to get attention and impress your peers and you got in trouble for it, there is nothing you can do about it. You admitted you were trying to be funny, which means you were trying to get attention. You got a fair referral.
