Is vodafone remote access tech support legitimate?

I rang vodafone today (191 from my mobile) to ask for some advice. Having been put through to tech support the guy accessed my computer remotely (using logmein rescue services) and helped me fix the problem. All looked legit and the website used was www.vodafone.co.uk/ra which has a load of terms and conditions. Also got a feedback form to fill in. I'm sure it's all totally legitimate (especially as I rang direct through to vodafone from my mobile) and computer is fine, I just think I've become a bit paranoid thanks to all the scams going on. Can anyone reassure me this is standard vodafone procedure and nothing to worry about. The very little I have found on the internet doesn't suggest is anything to worry about.
