Is universal health care a civil right, like universal education?
Is universal health care a national advantage, like universal education?
 
No. The constution clearly speaks of no such right as it does about a lot of programs that are there.

But regulating interstate commerce, ensuring that there are standards across states. Im OK with that.

To really save money in health care, we need to CUT back on regulation and have loser pay or something that reduces malpractice risk for doctors. Keep good minimum standards, but let the industry grow freely and competitively.

Also, keep idiot politicians FAR FAR away from my health.

Health(medical) is among the basic needs of each human being.But the basic logic behind this advocacy is that Living in a society where everyone has unconditional access to free or affordable healthcare, regardless of their income?
