Is Trading BAD?

When i first joined here at fst i did not quite understand how and why trading was bad. I dabbled in a couple of trades and even did many giveaways. I came
to realize that my actions could possibly be jeopardizing the trackers security measures so i stopped trading alltogether. I still continued on though with my sometimes
insane giveaways but eventually i ended that as well because many respected members pointed out that giveaways are just as bad as trading. In all honesty though i can
only recall maybe 1 member from here that burned me in my giveaways, so not all members here are bad. Overall i will definately say that trading or givaways is wrong and
if one must do so then it should be approached with serious caution.

ill tell you what i'd do

1. 100'000$ on a S6.3 Amg package Benz
2. 3000$ on a watch +1000$ on a ring
3.I'll keep the rest and save it for later on...in case a better benz comes out
 
I havent disrespected any of the trackers I was banned on. tl,revott,gft,ptn(i had so much love for ptn,)

my point is that I only had problems and spoke against those trackers that mistreated their members. Cn for example when they framed Cabalo.. Thats where this whole thing started. Just because I spoke bad about them and anyone who supported them in banning cabalo, doesn't mean that l like to spit on the faces of tracker owners. Please dont say that because that's not me

I like to have fun and make people laugh, and most importantly, I always shopw respect to the ones that deserve it.
 
no matter what.. the traders will continue to trade. Fact.
all we can do is keep an eye out on trackers being responsible members.. thats about it. ;)

Seriously though, where does trading stand on the eyes of BT/anti-tradres now?? Is it still considered a felony?

But see, it's not about e-penis, it's about honesty. You sit there and hide behind a nick because you fear an imagined conspiracy against you should you just man up and be who you actually are. A lie of omission is a lie none the less.
 
Am not sure what cine and tehmartinator are on about,but i think cine is right regardless.I recall a while back when I used to swear by irc(i'd probably be the biggest junkie after silverwaves by now :P),you never heard of levels and all this l33+ vs n00b tracker bullshit.

A torrent site was a torrent site and you were happy just so long as it had what you wanted(hell I didn't even know SCC was P2I till after I was brought in).As for invite swapping,yes it happened and it continues to happen today though in a very weird way.If you've been on sites with old timers(FST for example),you've seen how for trade-like their invite requests can read though in essence they are not really trading,that's exactly how i've seen it in irc,I give you an invite then I make you promise that when you get yours i'll be the first one on queue.Of course there has to be friendship for such promises to hold,i'll call it friends swapping invites for lack of a better term and if you ain't on it already,its exactly what happens here at times even with folks on that anti-trader lynch group on TPS(you know yourselves).

If you keep a dupe account,try applying for an invite from someone looking for tracker X.Post your ratio doodlings minus tracker X followed by a nice explanation as to why you are best qualified for the invite.Log out then login to your other dupe account and make an exaggerated ratio screenie showing you hasing alot of invi to tracker X.If you keep a cat,let her walk on the keyboard a couple of times and post whatever she has typed as your reason for wanting the vait,post your request and see which one of your dupe account is going to get it.We are all ambitious now aint we :P

I think there is.. I have a feeling that it's possible witting a whole book about someone life and behavior just by spending a few minutes with them and studying their face expressions..When I say their life I mean the way they would behave and act in certain situations.. how loyal they are..etc etc..
 
Btw I don't agree with the reasoning behind Albo getting tossed from FSC . Not allowing him access would have been acceptable but you don't take away something already given without valid reason.

For what it's worth, I agree 100%. I had no desire to see him at FSC, but I didn't really approve of the ban before he could do anything more than make a welcome post. Not saying that I would've done anything differently as staff there, but he hadn't done anything inflammatory *yet*. Could've at least given him a chance.
 
either way bro.. who gives a fuck if they deny it or not. I bet if he accepted it, everyone would badmouth and turn his back on him. One thing i realized about bt users, is that they look for the smallest excuse to turn their back on you

Edit: and yea, the best definition for CN is: "a hot steam of corruption" (and that's not based at all on the fact that their staffers are ex traders)

User A wants a movie tracker(eg-KG) and User B wants a music tracker(eg-Waffles) ,they're both good users and know how to keep a good ratio and exchange their invites and become great members of their invited sites. This is essentially trading and I can't see what's wrong with it.

Trading is bad if its done just for the fun of it or when the user just wants to take a peek into these highly sought after trackers and never utilise them properly.

I was disabled at cossanostra too because of public accusations brought to you by cabalo and his right hand albo. I ve stopped trying to find a reason for what they've done. I used to really admire cabalo as for albo...hes just a kid that will never learn what it takes to be a real BTer.
Many good users are only banned on CN what proves the imaturity of their staff, therefore we shouldn't be to harsh with cabalo's ban. About albo's global ban, he probably got what he deserved .
My advice: be careful with them two doubleface mugs
