is trading a arcade 360 for ipod touch 4 32gigs worth it?

My xbox 360 comes with:
4 wireless controllers
2 black controllers(with charging stand)
2 white controllers
6 games
cod waw
cod 4 mw
cod mw2
halo odst
gears of war 2
leasure suit larry
vga cord
14gig harddrive
3 months of live

for

32gig ipod touch 4th generation
case

should i trade?
thanks, really like the portability of the ipod and how i can stream the internet withit, but i guess i will just end up regretting it.
 
I don't think that is a good choice because you can easily sell all this online and get enough to buy that ipod plus have some extra cash in the end
 
not with all of those games and extras, if it was 2 conlr 1 or 2 games then yes, but dont rip yourself off, trade for xbox 1 controler and a couple games and part out the rest
