I am contemplating getting digital phone service through TWC because I heard it is much cheaper. However, a friend of mine said she has her phone service through TWC and the service is always going out in bad weather or construction. She lives in a more rural town than I do so she says it might be a little better where I live but now I am leery. What do you think? Is it worth it to change to digital phone service or keep Verizon. I am paying $60 a month for Verizon and would be paying $35 - $40 for TWC.
Is Time Warner digital phone service really better than Verizon phone service?
