The suzuki ds80 is a 4 stroke trail bike and the yz80 is an older version of the yz85 and is a 2 stroke. The suzuki is a couple of inches taller in seat height, but much would depend upon what you want the bike for. Do you want to race or ride trails and if racing I would not get a yz80 as they are too old
