is three weeks after you have sex to early to take a pregnancy test?

Well, it usually takes a test 2-4 weeks, depending on when you conceived anyways. B/C and pulling out isn't always 100%, pre-semen can still get you pregnant, it's just like the regular thing. It took my test over a month to become pos. Good Luck.
 
me and my bf had sex im on birth control and he pulled out. i took a test 3 weeks after and it was negative.
