I signed up for tmobile, and told them I was only interested in texting with very few minutes. They suggested their basic and cheapest plan which was 49.99 a month. I signed up, and then later found they had a 15 per month prepaid w/ unlimited text and pic mail and 10 cents per minute. I asked about canceling with their 14 day grace period to switch and they told me to keep the plan for thirty days and i'd be able to keep the phone then switch. I thought it was strange, seeing as it was a prepaid phone plan...but I listened. I am now past the grace period and am being told by tmobile that I cannot switch and would owe 200 dollars for the cancellation!!!
Is this worthy of filing a complaint to tmobile over?
