Is this worth writing?

If I had an idea, say, that if implemented would change our economic system altogether, make sure everyone is rich enough to afford everything, yet leave room for healthy business competition, solve the problem of employment, ensure the country gets richer, get rid of banks, liberate the country from communism and strengthen the doctrine of 'private property' and 'free market', and yet remove the trace of capitalism at the same time... let us assume all that... now:

should I write this? Would it be noticed? Or is it just going to be ignored?
