Is this weird to say to a guy?

There's this guy that works at the local grocery store, and he always follows me through the aisles. I've been to the movies once with him and his sister. Every time we look into each others eyes, there's that special spark, I know it and feel it between us.

Would it be weird to just randomly be like "hey, your cute" to him? If I never talked to him but I was always around him?

no....that will be weird!why dont you say something interesting if you want him to come bq to you?probably alot of girls around always tell him that he's cute,why dnt you use another phrase and pliz drift away from the complimenting section now....he might think you love pple coz of how they look
