ok, so me and my bf have been dating since june 6th. Today is june 17th. I am planning to kiss my bf on the lips (close mouth) on june 25th. He is kinda shy and so he will not make the 1st move. We have only hugged once but im gonna begin to hug him more. Im planning to be like, "hey, i think we should kiss since today is the last day of summer academy" by text. Do u think thats weird to ask someone like that? its our 1st kiss. But i dont just wanna lean in- bc what if he doesnt want to? Please help! i really like him and hes a pretty sweet guy.

Planning out your first kiss in so much detail is odd. It puts too much stress on you and him. Once, I did the lean in thing and the guy turned me down. It's a little embarrassing at that particular moment, but you get over it. If you and this guy really like each other, it's not the end of the world. You have a brief conversation regarding expectations and boundaries, then you move on until it's the right time to kiss.
