It really depends on how old you are, but you may want to ask your brother for permission.
 
It's not weird at all. A few things you should keep in mind are is it culturally acceptable? When you picture yourself and him together, do you both look like a good match or does he look too young for you? These are things just to think of but what matters the most is that you like him and nothing can place a restriction of any sort on that. Everyone has their own options, some girls could like guys much older than them whereas others might prefer those of the same age Follow what you're doing and hope that he likes you back, at least as much as you do :)
 
no its not wierd girls like many different guys older younger or the same age everyone is different

Maybe you should get to know him? If you like him i don't think age matters.

well it might be a little wierd to him and your bro but if you like,you like him ok its not your falt hes so attractive(to you atleast)
