that i'm 13, never been kissed? and my mom thinks that i shouldn't wear eyeliner 'till i'm 20 something, and doesn't notice when i do wear it?
I think it's strange
 
I didn't get kissed until I was 16 :] It's not weird at all. And whatever your mom wants you to do, you should respect.

its a not too weird, even thoe im a guy, my parents never took me seriously untill i got my self a gf, and now they just lay off, they dont bug me for anything..and they pree much let me do what i want, like not caring if i stay up late, sleep over at friends house on a school day, and just hanging out at night. they just seemed to loose it, ha its awesome..i can even drink if i want, i just cant get retarded drunk(im not saying that i do im just saying that i can)...anyway...my point is, get a bf, act mature and maybe they will lay off like mine did to me .
