the atmosphere of the moon is so weak it cant trap heat in,,

this part ... is it true ?
and that's why it so many craters meteors and space debree dosent burn up before it hits land

but it was cool to visualize and a cool thing anyway.
be a great topic to discuss !!!!!!

the Moon does have an atmosphere, just like Art Garfunkel has fans of his song-writing.

its just almost not there at all.

You've got the right idea, although when Earth was very young it probably got struck about as much as the moon. The reason we still see so many craters on the moon and not as many on Earth is because Earth's craters have been destroyed by rain, wind, ice, and by Earth's very active geology (..earthquakes, volcanos, etc.,..) The moon has none of those things to destroy its impact craters.
