So I woke up at 8 am to go to the mall (no breakfast)
Walked around this huge mall for 5 hours
I ate one snack wrap at 1:15 pm (consists of chicken, lettuce, cheese slices--like the teeny tiny strips--, and ranch dressing--not too much though)
Walked all around a different mall for another hour
Came home, and I ate a cup of noodles
& I also had rice crispee cereal and marshmellows
And then a couple hours later I ate 2 slices of wheat bread.
Is this too much?
I don't want to become fat
I have a few extra pounds that I want to lose
