I need someone's opinion on my exercise routine....
A) elliptical for 2 miles, bike for 2 miles, stretch, treadmill for 2 miles
B) elliptical for an hour, stretch, treadmill for an hour
or
C) burn 170 on the elliptical, 170 on the treadmill, and 170 on the bike
what would you suggest would be the healthiest and the one with faster results?
as far as resistance goes, i hear the higher the resistance is on the machine, the faster the results are....is this true?
