I have a 2005 Cadillac SRX (out of warranty). Last week, my left rear power window rolled down, sounded horrible and wouldn't roll up again. Luckily I was able to manually wedge it up and at least it's closed. Today, my RIGHT rear power window did the same exact thing.
I know power windows can go bad, but both of them in the same week?
Should I be on the horn with GM to complain?
