My friend received from what he believe is a subpoena from Charter. He says I'm also involved because they got my info due to the things I shouldn't have done. The thing is I'm not a Charter customer and the subpoena was only given to him and not me. Should I still be worried somehow? Isn't this matter of the issue is only by him since he's a Charter customer?
Is this subpoena from Charter a serious matter?
